It is possible to return or swap your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. If you would like to change your current item(s) for any other item(s) on our website, please contact us at belliza.company@gmail.com.

• Handmade collection item(s) are non-refundable.

Items can be returned if the product matches the product on our store. They must be returned in original conditions and packaging, unused and undamaged. Bellizaco reserves the right to decline any returns if it does not match our return policy.

A return must be shipped with Track & Trace. The sender is always responsible for the shipment and shipment costs.

How to return:

1. Notify us at belliza.company@gmail.com to get the return address
2. Print your order confirmation and put it in the package
3. Send with your local carrier to our return address
4. We will refund your money within 5 business days

Cancelling Order / Wrong Address

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 5 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our suppliers. Please send an email as soon as possible to belliza.company@gmail.com.
