A return must be shipped with Track & Trace. The sender is always responsible for the shipment and shipment costs.

How to return:

2. Print your order confirmation and put it in the package
3. Send with your local carrier to our return address
4. We will refund your money within 5 business days

Cancelling Order / Wrong Address

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 5 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our suppliers. Please send an email as soon as possible to belliza.company@gmail.com.
